Maundy Thursday Worship
Thursday, April 6 @ 7:00 PM

This service is named for the Latin word for “commandment.” On this night we remember Jesus’ final supper with his disciples and his commandment to us to love one another as he has loved us. The Maundy Thursday service is the first day of the Easter “Triduum” (“three days”) that runs through Good Friday and Holy Saturday. Together, these three days conclude our Lenten preparation for Easter before we celebrate the resurrection at the Easter Vigil on Saturday night. The journey through these three days is a powerful and dramatic reminder of our relationship to Christ and of the life to which we have been called.
